My Experience
With 13+ years in product design and design leadership, I've built and scaled design functions at simplesurance, Allianz Partners, and Allianz Direct.
I've led teams serving 20+ global brands including ING, N26, VW, Jaguar Land Rover, Revolut, and Samsung, working across insurtech and embedded insurance.
I developed the Tactical Design Operations Framework (TDOF) to help design teams navigate complex, multi-platform organisations and deliver consistent experiences at scale.
